After you have considered your options and decided you want a divorce, I will work with you to make the process as “stress free” as possible.  I will meet with you to gain insight and perspective in order to assess the most effective course of action. For example, since divorce necessarily involves your family, a collaborative approach might be beneficial because the parents work togetherto achieve a common solution acceptable to all.  When this approach is not an option, I aggressively advocate on your behalf to ensure your needs are met. 

If children are involved, I will work tirelessly to make sure court orders are drafted to accommodate your desires with respect to custody, placement, support, and visitation.

If you already have an existing court order that you are not happy with, I will petition the court for a modification that better addresses your concerns.
